About CultureMindsUK

CultureMindsUK was established in April 2023 to provide culturally sensitive mental health support specifically for African men in Wales and England. This initiative addresses the biases and stigma that often prevent African men from seeking help for mental health issues.
CultureMindsUK is dedicated to offering a dedicated approach to mental health, recognising that the challenges African men face are often rooted in cultural, societal, and historical contexts.

Our Vision for a better Future

We are committed to fostering a future where mental health and wellbeing amongst Africans are prioritised and supported through culturally tailored interventions and inclusive practices. We envision a society where individuals from diverse cultures feel understood, valued, and equipped with the tools to navigate the complexities of mental health.
