MindSpace Mental Health Awareness Series
A virtual journey to understanding, resilience, and community wellbeing
Free Online Sessions | 1.5 hours each | 14 participants per session
Culturally informed | Practical | Safe Space
Join us for an important series of online mental health awareness and education, created to support diverse communities; men, women, adults, everyone – particularly from immigrant and minority backgrounds, on their journey towards better mental wellbeing.
The MindSpace Mental Health Awareness Series sessions are designed to open up conversations, share tools, and build a supportive space for mental health understanding.
